This Privacy Policy explains how ErateIQ ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ErateIQ website and application (the "Service").
We use information to provide and maintain the Service; authenticate you and secure your account; communicate with you about the Service; and analyze and improve the Service.
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including Clerk (authentication and account management), Vercel (application hosting), and Neon (database hosting). These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
The competitive-intelligence information shown in the Service is derived from publicly available USAC E-Rate program data. This public data concerns funding applications and service providers; it is not personal information about you and is not collected from your use of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers above as needed to run the Service, or where required by law.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and may retain limited records as required for legal or operational purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Closing your account will remove your access to the Service.
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
