Welcome to ErateIQ. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ErateIQ website and application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ErateIQ is currently offered as an invitation-only beta. The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Features, data, and availability are not guaranteed during the beta.
Access requires an account, provided through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Access is granted by invitation and may be modified or revoked at our discretion.
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data except as expressly permitted; (b) scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data other than through features we provide; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others; or (e) interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
ErateIQ presents information derived from publicly available E-Rate program data published by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC). ErateIQ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USAC or the FCC. The information is provided for general informational purposes, may contain errors or omissions, and is not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.
The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by ErateIQ and protected by applicable laws. Underlying public program data remains subject to its own terms of availability. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the beta.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERATEIQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
