About FRNHQ
FRNHQ turns the public USAC record for the federal E-Rate and Rural Health Care (RHC) programs into searchable funding intelligence — built for the service providers, manufacturers, and consultants who compete for that funding.
Why we built it
Everything USAC publishes about who applied, who won, and what was funded is public — but it lives across separate portals and multi-million-row CSV exports that are hard to query the way a provider actually thinks: which districts nearby are bidding, which contracts are coming up for re-bid, who the incumbent is, and what they won. FRNHQ answers those questions directly, on top of eleven funding years of filings (FY2016–FY2026).
Where the numbers come from
Every figure on FRNHQ is aggregated from public USAC Open Data — Form 470 postings, Form 471 funding requests, Item 21 line items, entity records, and the Rural Health Care datasets. We add no private or estimated data. For the exact datasets, update cadence, and how we compute committed dollars, see our data & methodology.
Independent of USAC
FRNHQ is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), the FCC, or the Schools and Libraries or Rural Health Care divisions. E-Rate and RHC are programs of USAC; every figure shown is our own aggregation of USAC's public filings.
